The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Expeditorto join the Food and Beverage team!
Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

As an Expeditor, you're not just ensuring timely delivery of food orders in our dining outlets - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Coordinate food orders: Facilitate communication between servers and the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely processing of guest food orders
  • Monitor ticket times: Track ticket times and follow up with the culinary team to ensure prompt delivery of food orders
  • Inspect and finalize plates: Garnish and inspect dishes before serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness: Keep the expediting station clean, organized, and well-stocked to support smooth operations
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with servers, culinary staff, and other departments to ensure efficient service and foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Enhance guest satisfaction: Proactively address any issues with orders to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service excellence
  • Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
