General ManagerFairfield Inn & Suites – Tuscaloosa, ALLead the hotel. Own the results. Build the team.You are accountable for the full operation of a Marriott select-service hotel. That includes revenue, labor, guest experience, and asset protection. This role is hands-on. You set the pace and the standard.What you will do• Run daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast• Drive top-line revenue through pricing, inventory control, and local sales activity• Manage labor to target. Control overtime. Schedule to demand• Lead and develop the team. Hire, train, coach, and hold people accountable• Deliver strong guest satisfaction scores and clean audit results• Execute Marriott brand standards and pass QA inspections• Own the P&L. Review weekly.
