As a Security Guard, your role is crucial in maintaining the safety of both guests and team members, as well as securing the hotel and its property, all of which contribute to providing excellent guest service and achieving financial success. Compensation:

Responsibilities:

What will I be doing?

  • Conduct patrols within the hotel's interior, perimeter, and property to detect and pinpoint potential security and safety hazards, as well as undesirable situations
  • Patrolling hallways, parking lots, stairwells, and lobbies
  • React to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, safety hazards, or threats to property and/or life
  • Advocate for safe work procedures and practices
  • Launch initial investigations into incidents when required
  • Generate nightly logs of unusual occurrences, as well as routine actions
  • Ensure the accuracy of relevant documentation, as needed
  • Address guest requests and inquiries promptly, with a friendly and efficient approach, and resolve guest issues
  • Communicate with front desk agents
  • Contacting local police authorities
  • Follow safety and security policies and procedures at all times
  • Escorting any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the flow of property operations
  • Responds to guests quickly and courteously if reported by night shift staff
