Job description

Summary of Responsibilities:
The senior integration specialist is responsible for operational stabilization and sustained adoption following property integrations. This role works directly with assigned properties to complete outstanding integration and onboarding activities and ensures daily operations align with Avenue5 standards and client expectations.
Primary Responsibilities and Objectives:
• Serve as the primary point of contact during assigned integration and stabilization periods, supporting property teams and leadership
• Drive completion of integration, onboarding, and operational tasks to ensure timely and sustainable stabilization
• Partner with operations and portfolio services leaders to support client expectations, property management agreements, and Avenue5 standards
• Identify operational gaps, risks, or compliance concerns and escalate as needed
• Provide hands-on support for day-to-day property operations, including leasing, collections, marketing, reporting, and basic system and financial processes
• Support due diligence inspections, integrations, and non-integrating property assignments as needed
• Facilitate property technology setup and system stabilization, including computers, email, phone/voicemail, and property platforms
• Provide onboarding, training, coaching, and performance support for new or transitioning associates
• Introduce Avenue5 policies, procedures, culture, and systems to new properties and associates
• Communicate clearly and professionally with property teams, operations leadership, and clients
• Prepare concise documentation and reporting on completed tasks, outstanding items, and operational risks
• Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
• High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Four or more years of property management experience required
• Three or more years of direct experience as an assistant property manager, property manager, or district/regional manager
• CAM certification preferred
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafé, RealPage, OneSite, or equivalent property management systems preferred
• Prior experience with Salesforce preferred
• Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal Fair Housing laws
Skills and Requirements:
• Maintain a consistently professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment
• Exercise sound judgment, make timely decisions, and adapt to ambiguity and evolving property needs
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, clients, and all levels of leadership
• Proven organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support associates with varying levels of experience
• Ability to manage stress and professionally de-escalate challenging situations
• Sensitivity to confidential information and adherence to company policies and safety requirements
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required
• Ability to successfully complete and pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing, Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training, and other courses if assigned
Scheduling:
• Travel-based position with variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Extensive travel required (75% to 90%), including overnight and extended stays
• On-call support may be required during staffing and operational gaps
Environment:
• Exposure to an environment typically found in an office building
• Frequent exposure to airports, airplanes, rental cars, hotels, etc.
