Description
Concord Hospitality is seeking a Corporate Manager of Revenue Strategy to drive revenue management strategies across assigned hotels. This role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, revenue analysis, and optimizing demand through strategic use of analytical tools and collaboration with hotel and corporate teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and problem solver who thrives on data-driven decision-making and market insight to maximize profitability and market share.

  • Care for your team and their families. Key Responsibilities
    • Provide daily revenue management support and strategy to assigned hotels to maximize market share and profitability.
    • Utilize revenue management systems and reports (One Yield, MarketVision, OnQ, etc.) to analyze pricing, inventory, and demand patterns.
    • Conduct daily reviews of market data and communicate updates to hotel leadership and sales teams.
    • Prepare and maintain forecasting, budgeting, and pacing reports; present findings in revenue meetings.
    • Monitor economic trends and airport traffic impacting hotel demand.
    • Develop displacement models for large group programs and guide hotels on Ecommerce strategies.
    • Analyze booking data, brand promotions, and RFP processes to optimize sales opportunities.
    • Track key performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, REVPAR) and provide corrective support for underperforming hotels.
    • Support company meetings and training; maintain strong relationships with hotel and corporate teams.
    • Ensure accurate revenue reporting, group data integrity, and special event calendar updates.
    • Travel periodically to hotel markets for relationship-building and market analysis.
    Qualifications
    • 4-5 years of direct revenue management experience with Marriott, Hilton experience desirable and ability to manage multiple hotel assets.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proficiency in revenue management tools.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with hotel teams and corporate stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel periodically to hotel markets.
