The Hilton Garden Inn Corning Downtown, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Line Cook for our on-site restaurant.


As a Line Cook, you will prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring that the food is of high quality and meets our hotel's standards. You will work closely with the Lead Cook and other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts

- Follow recipes and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards

- Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and is safe for consumption

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including all equipment and utensils

- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

- Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely and efficient manner

- Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations
