What is a hotel receptionist?

Hotel receptionists are front desk staff responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, managing reservations, answering questions, and providing information about the hotel and local area. They handle administrative tasks, process payments, and often address guest concerns or requests to ensure a pleasant stay.
