Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a client base in Conroe, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience while supervising staff and managing administrative and operational duties.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Supervise and schedule front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
  • Ensure all facilities, and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Monitor reservations, guest check-ins/check-outs, and occupancy.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and budgets.
  • Enforce campground policies and safety procedures.
  • Assist with special events and guest activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, campground, hotel, or RV park management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
