The role works closely with hotel operators, photographers, graphic designers, technology vendors, and departments across BWH Hotels to make sure visual content is accurate, current, brand compliant, and delivered where it needs to go. This is a good opportunity for someone with experience in photography, photo editing, video production, digital marketing, content management, project coordination, or administrative support.

What You'll DoVisual Content and Program Support
  • Coordinate hotel photoshoots from scheduling and property preparation through image review, approval, and delivery.
  • Communicate with hotels and photographers to confirm schedules, requirements, timelines, and property readiness.
  • Review photography and other visual content for quality, accuracy, completeness, formatting, and brand compliance.
  • Upload, organize, schedule, update, and remove approved content across digital asset, website, and digital display platforms.
  • Work with hotels, photographers, designers, vendors, and internal teams to manage projects, deadlines, content requests, and program updates.
  • Maintain digital display playlists, welcome screens, promotional messages, brand content, and other approved materials.
  • Confirm digital display content is current, assigned correctly, and displaying as expected.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for digital displays, and content-delivery issues.
  • Document and escalate technical problems that require additional support from a vendor's technology team.
  • Create and update hotel-facing materials, including preparation guides, shot lists, FAQs, instructions, and troubleshooting documents.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, digital asset systems, content management platforms, and other approved tools.
  • Track program activity, including photoshoot status, image delivery, compliance, display participation, content updates, and support issues.
  • Support testing and implementation of new platforms, tools, features, and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve scheduling, reporting, content organization, image search, compliance tracking, and administrative work.
  • Use AI-supported tools to improve program operations, not to create, edit, or misrepresent hotel photography.

  • Experience uploading and managing content in a digital asset, content management, website, or digital signage platform.
  • Ability to guide hotel staff through basic troubleshooting and recognize when an issue needs to be escalated.
  • Experience maintaining project files, schedules, reports, vendor communications, and support documentation.
  • Experience in hospitality, commercial photography, architectural photography, or digital signage is preferred but not required.

  • High attention to detail when reviewing content, records, and project information.
  • Working knowledge of photography, photo editing, video production, and digital content.
  • Familiarity with digital displays, media players, internet connectivity, and common hardware or software issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, digital asset management systems, content management platforms, or digital signage software is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and support requests at the same time.
  • Ability to identify problems, coordinate the right resources, and follow through until the issue is resolved.
Location and Travel
  • May travel up to 10% of work time.
