Job description

The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments.Compensation:

$70,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee budgets, maximize revenue, and manage financial records to achieve financial goals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
  • Inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and queries, promoting exceptional customer service.
  • Lead staff training meetings and ensure operational checklists and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced education in hospitality preferred.
