What You'll Do
As Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and work closely with the General Manager to ensure the property runs efficiently and successfully.
Lead Daily Operations
  • Manage daily hotel operations to ensure outstanding guest service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance, labor productivity, and expenses while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Support the achievement of financial and operational goals.

Develop and Support Your Team
  • Train, coach, and mentor associates on brand standards, service excellence, and operational procedures.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, growth, and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with scheduling, performance management, and staff development.

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
  • Ensure guests receive friendly, responsive, and memorable service throughout their stay.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain quality standards across all departments.

Maintain Brand and Operational Standards
  • Ensure compliance with brand requirements, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Help implement new initiatives, programs, and best practices to improve hotel performance.

Promote Safety and Security

  • Support adherence to safety, security, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate Across Departments
  • Partner with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, Revenue Management, Human Resources, and Accounting teams to achieve property goals.

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hotel operations or supervisory experience, preferably with a major hotel brand such as Marriott International.
