As the Night Manager,you will oversee hotel operations during the evening hours, ensuring exceptionalguest service, operational efficiency, and the safety and security of guests,Team Members, and the property. You will serve as the Manager on Duty duringyour shift, providing leadership to the front office team while supportingnightly operations. This position will also provide overnight coverage for theNight Audit shift as needed.
Some duties will include:
โ€ข Overseeall hotel operations during evening and overnight hours as needed.
โ€ข Asneeded, perform the Night Audit process, including balancing dailytransactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing daily reports.
โ€ข Leadand support Front Desk Team Members while providing coaching and guidance asneeded.
โ€ข Ensureexceptional guest experiences by responding promptly to guest requests,concerns, and service recovery situations.
โ€ข Serveas the primary Manager on Duty during evening hours and make sound operationaldecisions independently.
โ€ข Monitorhotel safety and security, respond to emergencies, and coordinate withemergency personnel when necessary.
โ€ข Completenightly property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standardsare maintained.
โ€ข Assistwith guest arrivals, departures, reservations, billing inquiries, and otherFront Desk responsibilities.
โ€ข Ensureaccounting procedures, cash handling, and billing reconciliation are completedaccurately.
โ€ข Maintainclear communication with the daytime management team regarding evening/overnightactivities and any operational concerns.
โ€ข Assistwith training and development of Front Desk and Night Audit Team Members.
โ€ข Supportother departments as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
