Job description

Motel 6 is seeking a motivated and hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations and ensure our guests receive exceptional service at an affordable price. The GM will oversee all aspects of the property including staff management, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the property team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

  • Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive revenue growth.

  • Ensure compliance with Motel 6 brand standards, safety policies, and local regulations.

  • Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to improve service and property condition.

  • Recruit, schedule, and develop team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
