The pay rate for this role is $23 per hour


We are looking for enthusiastic and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, assisting guests with their needs, and overseeing every stage of their stay—from reservations and check-ins to departures and overall customer service. This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. All applicants must pass a background check.


Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greet all guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Process reservations and cancellations through the hotel management system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience.

Requirements:
  • At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front desk setting or a similar role.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
  • Required skills are typing, math, accounting, computer, and credit and cash handling procedures.
  • Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to assess situations correctly using sound reasoning to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest accounts.
  • Available to work AM & PM Shifts.
  • Available to work Weekends and Holidays.

Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
