We Are Looking To Hire Skilled, Compassionate, Reliable and Detailed Orientated Caregivers to be apart of Our Griswold Home Care for Laguna Hills Family! 

 Offering a 250.00 Sign On Bonus- Certain eligibility requirements apply 

Location: Laguna Hills, Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, and Dana Point
Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience, background, and skill level)

Requirements for the Position:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensing: Must have an HCA ID # and eligibility letter through the CA Department of Social Services
  • TB Test: Current copy of TB results within the last year (and annually thereafter).
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working with seniors in a home care setting is preferred
  • Knowledge: Must be willing to learn about chronic conditions, or have experience/expertise in dementia or Alzheimer's-related diseases.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance are required, as transportation services are part of the job.
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and become active on the California Home Care Registry.
  • References: At least four professional references who can speak to your experience as a caregiver, along with two personal references.

What We Need from You:

  • Reliable transportation
  • BLS and First Aid certification is required 
  • Completion of all pre-hire documents and training within 48 hours of offer
  • Commitment to completing initial paid training and any ongoing annual training
