Job Description

Le ou la prepose(e) aux comptes recevables est responsable d'assurer le traitement, le suivi et le controle des sommes dues a l'entreprise.  Par son sens de l'organisation, sa rigueur et son souci du service a la clientele, elle participe activement a la performance financiere de l'entreprise tout en assurant le respect des politiques et des procedures etablies.

Horaire de travail :

5 jours/semaine.  Doit etre disponible du lundi au vendredi.

Le salaire est de 33,78$ /heure.

Description du poste :

  • Facturer les charges banquets ainsi que les charges supplementaires aux representants des groupes pour les comptes corporatifs;
  • Gerer toutes les demandes de nos invites de maniere efficace et professionnelle;
  • Gerer les comptes de reservations Internet et les soumettre dans les delais prescrits;
  • Gerer la communication avec les clients, le siege social ainsi qu'au proprietaire en ce qui concerne la facturation;
  • Assister aux rencontres de revision des BEOs;
  • Controler et avoir la totale responsabilite de la caisse principale incluant les contrats de fonds de caisse des associes de la reception;
  • Preparer les fonds de caisse pour les associes de la reception et des banquets;
  • Preparer les sommes dues aux associes de la reception et de la restauration;
  • Effectuer la collecte des depots quotidiens et preparer le depot global pour la banque;
  • Encaisser les recus des petites caisses;
  • Echanger les devises etrangeres;
  • Preparer la commande de change pour la banque et verifier le montant recu ;
  • Effectuer diverses taches en lien avec la fin de mois.
  • Transfert des comptes recevable quotidien vers la comptabilite corporative.
  • S'assurer que toutes les facturations sont accompagnees des pieces justificatives pour tous les frais;
  • Maintenir les fichiers de facturation propres et bien organises;
  • Toutes autres taches connexes.

Qualifications requises:

  • Diplome d'etudes en comptabilite. Toute experience pertinente sera consideree;
  • Experience dans le domaine de l'hotellerie essentielle ;
  • Experience de travail pertinente d'au moins 1 an dans les comptes-recevables;
  • Etre bilingue (Francais et Anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit);
  • Bonnes connaissances de la suite MS Office;
  • Excellente connaissance du logiciel informatique Excel;
  • Connaissance du logiciel Opera (un atout) ;
  • Suivre et respecter les normes et les directives de l'Hotel;
  • Autonome, vous etes egalement en mesure de travailler en equipe et demontrer de l'entraide;
  • Professionnalisme et integrite;
  • Sens de l'organisation et de precision ;
  • Capacite de travailler sous pression.
