YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE

You will be an essential pillar of the team. Your role will make a real difference every day.

• Assist the Head Maître d'Hôtel in managing the department (hiring, scheduling, work distribution, evaluations, conflict management)
• Supervise and coordinate all banquet activities to ensure flawless service
• Deliver a guest experience that meets the standards of Groupe Hôtelier Grand Château
• Be a reference point for floor employees and ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with Sheraton brand standards and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal event execution
• Bring your structure, expertise and operational mastery to the team every day

THIS POSITION IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

• You have at least five (5) years of experience in food and beverage, including two (2) years in banquet supervision
• You are bilingual, with a perfect command of both French and English, oral and written — required to serve our international clientele
• You demonstrate natural leadership, strong analytical skills, great autonomy and a marked sense of initiative
• You excel at managing priorities and handling unexpected situations effectively
• You have a good knowledge of room setup types
• Experience with Positouch would be an asset
