Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a senior level hotel Group Sales Manager for a client in Texas.
The Work:
  • Relationship building with established business clientele while focusing on the goal of obtaining new business
  • Prospecting and outside sales calls to local, regional and national groups: Global Distribution System companies, travel agencies, Corporate markets, state associations, government, cruise and sports markets+
  • Attend industry trade shows and become involved with the local community to benefit the hotel
  • Plus additional duties as required

What you've already done (requirements):
  • 6 to 7 years of experience as a hotel a Group Sales Director with a high-end/luxury hotel
  • A hunter with a current book of business
  • B.A./B.S. Degree preferred
  • Researched, solicited and sold to new local, regional and national groups: Global Distribution System companies, travel agencies, Corporate markets, state associations, government, cruise and sports markets+
  • Experience with sales software
  • Involvement with the local community and attended industry trade shows
  • Previous success with a high volume hotel brand
  • Team player with the ability to multitask
  • Excellence in business ethics and integrity
  • Additional details will be provided

Compensation:
  • Yearly salary base range of 90k + commission
