Responsibilities
โ€ข Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed
โ€ข Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints
โ€ข Oversee all operations at the front desk and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for every guest
โ€ข Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they're providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies
โ€ข Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager
Qualifications
Education
โ€ข Associate's Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
Experience
โ€ข 2-5 years of Branded hotel operations experience required; Marriott Experience preferred. Prior supervisory or assistant front office management experience preferred
