Job description

The Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is looking for a motivated and dependable Housekeeping Houseperson to join our exceptional Housekeeping team. Located in the heart of Old Town Key West, our resort is just steps from the vibrant energy of Duval Street.
As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you'll play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. By supporting our Room Attendants and maintaining public spaces, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.
What You'll Do
  • Stock housekeeping carts and linen closets with supplies to support daily room operations.
  • Assist Room Attendants with guestroom cleanliness and housekeeping requests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned public areas and back-of-house spaces.
  • Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects and perform Public Areas Attendant duties as needed.
  • Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness and service.
