The Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking an Entry Line Cook to join our amazing team. The Hyatt Centric is centrally located within Old Town and a short stroll to the lively Duval Street.
You'll join our AM and PM team, preparing culinary creations for Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen and Blue Mojito Bar. Typical shifts are 5 days per week, 8 hours shift.
Cook 1
The Entry Level Cook is a culinary position that requires basic culinary skills or related cooking experience and good communication skills. This is a production position that requires total supervision and training. The Culinary team produces food for all hotel outlets and banquets. As a new team member, AM and PM training shifts will be scheduled to learn from our Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Once training is complete, shifts may include both AM and PM and will vary each week based on resort business, including weekends and holidays.
