Job description

Join the Bellevue Club and Hotel team. As the premier athletic and social club on Seattle’s Eastside, the Bellevue Club is a gathering place for the Northwest’s most celebrated and visionary citizens. Dedicated to the well-being of its members, the property merges 250,000 square feet of world-class fitness facilities and four innovative dining spaces with unique recreational, social, and business areas. Members enjoy yoga classes, tennis matches, lunches with family, wine dinners and more. The property is also home to the Bellevue Club Hotel, a luxury 66-room boutique hotel, and a full-service spa with cutting-edge wellness offerings.

We are currently looking for a full-time House Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order of all public areas of Hotel Bellevue, as well as deliver supplies and linens to the hotel housekeeping staff. We are looking for an outstanding individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. Prior hotel experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Shift:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Continuously tours the public areas of the Hotel and surrounding areas, removes trash, straightens furniture and returns tables and chairs to the appropriate areas. Sweeps and removes debris from the Hotel outside entry/exit way. Removes cobwebs, dust particles, etc.
  • Ensures that all housekeeping linen closets are clean stocked with supplies and fresh linens at all times. Responds to requests from housekeeping staff for supplies as necessary.
  • Monitors housekeeping storage room inventories and reports any items low in inventory to the Director of Housekeeping for ordering.
  • Removes trash and recycling items deposited in the linen closets on a daily basis.
  • Delivers requested items to guestrooms including roll away beds, cribs, microwaves, and other guestroom supplies. Converts rooms to non-allergenic by replacing down comforters and pillows with synthetic materials.
  • Assists the Room Attendant in stripping/removal of all soiled linens from pre assigned guestrooms. Delivers the required amount of linens to the room for servicing.
