Join our team as Director of Revenue of Hotels!
As Director of Revenue for Hotels, you'll lead property teams to uncover and seize every revenue opportunity-whether it's a full service, premium select, or independent hotel. You'll be the daily go-to for support, driving both short- and long-term success through smart reporting, forecasting, and innovative strategies. Plus, you'll play a vital role on the Executive Committee, helping shape the hotel's future while maximizing profitability.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Revenue Strategy Leadership: Partner with hotel leaders for a daily quest in yield controls! Crack inventory codes and score wins on every channel-teamwork makes the jackpot.
  • Sales & Market Optimization: Team up with Sales and Marketing to land top group business, spark energy in meeting rooms, and boost the hotel's vibe with creative, winning plays.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Dig into revenue reports, solve market mysteries, and use forecasting gadgets to outsmart the competition-your data detective skills shine!
  • Communication & Collaboration: Lead energizing meetings, fire off mission-style reports, and deliver fun training-no detail slips by your watchful eye.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years hotel experience or a 4-year hospitality/business degree plus 3+ years related experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems.
  • Skilled in analyzing financial data, critical thinking, and adjusting to changing demand and market conditions.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Consistently maintains a professional, service-oriented approach and adheres to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
