Administrative Assistant Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local law firm in search of an Administrative Assistant to join its planning, trust administration, and probate law practice. The ideal Administrative Assistant has prior administrative experience in a professional business setting, excellent computer skills, and a positive attitude. The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Westlake Village, CA


Administrative Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Draft Estate Planning Documents Using HotDocs
  • Correspond with Clients
  • Revise and Process Drafts & Final Docs
  • Track & Follow up on Tasks Independently 


Administrative Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 1 Year of Administrative Experience Required
  • Proficient Computer Skills, including Outlook, WordPerfect, AbacusLaw & HotDocs
  • Excellent Organization Skills & the Ability to Work Independently
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills  
  • Quick Learner
