The Analyst II acts independently or with a team to address database design, issues of concern, and business solutions for the application, ProLaw, its third-party word processor integrations such as Word, HotDocs and Cognos. The Analyst II performs a variety of complex tasks in support of the Business Intelligence and Document Automation Team that resides in the Case Management Section (CMS). The Analyst II will consult with executive, accounting and budget staff, legal division managers, and law practice section representatives and/or their clients to document business requirements and develop solutions using ProLaw and its integrated applications for the purpose of document and report development. The Analyst II will assist with developing job specific of training curriculum and will train processes and procedures using ProLaw and its integrated applications. The Analyst II will provide internal and external client support and services via the Case Management Section Reports Mailbox. The Analyst II will analyze the most complex issues and make recommendations to Supervisor I and/or lead and will implement decisions by Supervisor I and/or lead. The Analyst II will also develop and maintain the Attorney General Office's case-related ProLaw and HotDocs document templates.

Working Conditions
This position has been designated as eligible for Hybrid position. The position may however require in-person attendance when requested. All telework schedules are subject to change and may be reevaluated at any time.

• This position is located in the Division of Administrative Services, Case Management Section in Los Angeles ( JC-525671 ), and may be filled in either Sacramento ( JC- 525841 ), San Francisco ( JC-525858 ), Oakland ( JC-525847 ), or San Diego ( JC-525864 ). Knowledge of the configuration and design of AG section specific customizations in the ProLaw database. Knowledgeable in the ProLaw application, its third party integrated applications including HotDocs, Best Authority, Hyperstyles, MS Office 365, and of the legal office's business policies, practice and procedures. Knowledgeable in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and OneNote. Knowledge of general project management theories. Excellent time management skills. The Analyst II must work courteously and cooperatively with others and maintain regular attendance.
