Position Summary

The Hybrid Hot Tub Delivery, Installation, and Warehouse Repair Associate is responsible for supporting customer deliveries, showroom and event moves, warehouse staging, and hot tub repair operations. This role combines hands-on field delivery work with warehouse-based repair, preparation, documentation, and quality-control responsibilities. The position requires safe equipment operation, strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, professional customer interaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Delivery and Installation Support
  • Deliver, move, install, position, and relocate hot tubs at customer homes, showrooms, warehouses, and event sites.
  • Use approved delivery equipment such as carts, dollies, slip sheets, trailers, cranes, and other tools to complete safe and efficient moves.
  • Provide a professional customer experience during deliveries, installations, pickups, and service-related visits.
  • Perform basic setup support and minor field repairs when appropriate and within assigned scope.
  • Work with the local delivery team to complete scheduled deliveries, relocations, pickups, showroom moves, and customer support tasks.
Warehouse Repair and Preparation
  • Perform major and minor hot tub repairs in the warehouse as assigned by Service, Warranty, or Operations leadership.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, clean, prep, repair, and stage spas before delivery, showroom placement, customer pickup, sale, or event use.
  • Install aftermarket accessories and verify proper fit, placement, finish, and completion before release.
  • Inspect, repair preparation, documentation, and completion of assigned repair tasks.
  • Maintain general housekeeping in warehouse repair areas, staging spaces, vehicles, trailers, and tool storage areas.
Equipment, Safety, and Documentation
  • Safely operate forklifts, hand tools, power tools, delivery equipment, company vehicles, and trailers in accordance with company expectations.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment in alignment with safety standards and operating procedures.
  • Follow written instructions, work orders, delivery notes, repair documentation, and company procedures with attention to detail.
  • Complete paperwork, repair notes, delivery records, inventory movement records, data entry, and quality-control documentation accurately and on time.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support department growth, customer satisfaction, safety, and operational success.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles and trailers as required.
  • Forklift experience preferred; ability to become forklift certified as required by company policy.
  • Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn hot tub repair processes.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, safety procedures, and repair documentation.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 150lbs without complications.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, climb, and work with tools for extended periods.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors, in warehouse environments, at customer locations, in showrooms, and at local event sites.
  • Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions and follow all safety expectations.
  • Schedule may vary based on delivery routes, repair workload, sales events, showroom needs, and business demand.
