Total Compensation Package : $125k-200k

Base Salary

Commission

Bonus opportunities

Schedule: Friday-Tuesday

Fri, Mon, Tues: 9am-6pm

Saturday: 10am-5pm

Sunday: 11am-4pm


Job Summary: Montana's premier hot tub and sauna business is seeking a motivated salesperson with high earnings potential. While prior sales experience is required, no hot tub sales experience is required as we provide top-of-the-line training, and we want to teach you.  We offer long-term opportunities for career advancement. Successful sales candidate should be a people person, hardworking, honest and comfortable in a team setting.

What We're Looking For:

A captivating personality that can connect with people

A minimum of one-year high-end sales experience

3 years of general sales experience

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to understand customer needs and showcase product features

Tech-savvy and adaptable to use digital tools for virtual presentations and communication

Strong negotiation skills 

Ability to follow through the sale from beginning to end

A commitment to maintaining long-lasting customer relationships and providing top-notch service

Self-directed

Disciplined

Steady work history and career orientation

A fitness, massage, or water therapy background is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker


Salesperson Responsibilities:

Commit to becoming a hot tub and sauna expert

Assist customers who come into the store to determine spa options (as well as repair or water maintenance needs)

Complete quotes and follow up with prospective customers - return email/voicemails

Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Cleaning, restocking, and organizing the showroom

Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
