  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling operational issues independently
  • Professional, dependable, and accountable
  • Experience with Mews PMS is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working with international travelers and multicultural teams

Schedule Expectations

  • Flexible availability required
  • Must be available weekends and holidays as needed
  • Schedule may include mornings, evenings, and occasional overnight operational support

What We're Looking For

This role is a good fit for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality work, pays attention to the small details, and can help keep things running smoothly without needing constant direction. We value people who are reliable, communicate well, and take pride in doing things properly.

If you're organized, proactive, guest-focused, and comfortable working in a busy hostel environment, we'd love to hear from you.
