The Host leads in providing a spectacular experience to all guests. Hosts will greet all guests and cater to any needs that they may have. Hosts will act as the ambassador for the restaurant, and will simultaneously manage the flow and direction of the Front of House.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Greet incoming and departing guests with a warm and gracious smile and eye contact. 
  • Manage the flow of the dining area, including managing wait times, assigning guests a table, and escorting guests to their seats.
  • Professionally accommodate special needs & seating preferences for guests as much as possible.
  • Beginning from the moment a guest enters the restaurant, ensure that all guests are provided with the BelAir experience. 
  • Communicate clearly, positively, and effectively with our guests, staff, and management.
  • Multitask the execution of duties, including assisting servers in cleaning and clearing tables, sweeping floors, and inspecting the restaurant for proper presentation.
  • Support the entire team with the completion of tasks such as to-go orders, serving our guests with chips, salsa, and water, etc. 
  • Take ownership of the host stand and all host duties
