The Archdiocese of Hartford is seeking a highly organized and service-focused Event & Hospitality Manager to plan and oversee events at Saint Joseph Cathedral in Hartford, the Pastoral Center in Bloomfield, and other Archdiocesan locations. This role is responsible for creating exceptional experiences for guests, parishioners, clergy, and community partners while ensuring events are executed professionally, efficiently, and in support of the Church's mission.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate events from concept through completion.
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, contracts, and timelines.
  • Coordinate Confirmation celebrations and volunteer support.
  • Oversee event setup, guest registration, and on-site operations.
  • Collaborate with ministries, staff, vendors, and community partners.
  • Support marketing, communications, and hospitality initiatives.
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure financial stewardship and accountability.
