Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
