Job description

As an Account Manager II here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth in Honeywell Hospitality. Your responsibilities will include calling on new and existing Hospitality industry accounts, executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in Security & Access Solutions, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), solution-based sales, account management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership in the Hospitality industry.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth in your assigned region, contributing to the company's financial success, and strengthening existing and new customer relationships. Your ability to execute the company’s sales strategies, secure new business, and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the Hospitality industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quota and other key performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership
  • Minimum of 50% travel
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience into the hospitality industry.
  • Security, Access Controls or Building Automation or Building Management or Energy Management
WE VALUE
  • Experience with HVAC, security and access control, room automation including lighting controls
  • Experience selling software, hardware and related services
  • Energy Management System experience
  • The desire and ability to act entrepreneurially
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong pre-existing relationships in the hospitality segment

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $108,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This role is incentive eligible.
