Public Relations Coordinator - Four Seasons Hotel NashvilleAbout the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a creative and detailoriented Public Relations Coordinator to support and execute strategic public relations and digital marketing initiatives. This role enhances brand awareness, elevates the hotel's public image, and protects its online reputation through engaging content, strong media relationships, and alignment with Four Seasons brand standards.

What You Will Do
  • Develop curated photography and videography content that reflects Four Seasons Nashville's brand identity for use across official social media and digital platforms.
  • Assist with managing the hotel's social media presence-primarily Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter-to drive engagement and meaningful community interaction.
  • Monitor and manage the hotel and restaurant's online reputation across platforms including Google, TripAdvisor, Revinate, Facebook, and Yelp.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, and support the collection and strategic use of UserGenerated Content (UGC).
  • Support and execute integrated digital marketing and public relations initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Director of Public Relations & Marketing and Public Relations Manager.
  • Update and maintain the hotel's website, mobile app, and external booking engines to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Track performance through social media analytics tools and prepare monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and ensure digital leads and business opportunities are properly followed up.
  • Assist with media relations efforts including coordinating interviews, photo shoots, media visits, and maintaining uptodate press clippings and media lists.
  • Participate in marketingrelated meetings, assist with promotional events, coordinate vendor activities, and support the preparation of presentation materials for marketing and ownership meetings.
  • Nonessential: Provide administrative support, proofread marketing materials, assist with site inspections and events, and support vendors with design, printing, and production needs.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of public relations experience; prior hospitality or food & beverage experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and established relationships with media, community partners, or business contacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, creativity, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and monitoring systems.
  • Ability to develop compelling story angles, create newsworthy opportunities, and follow through with pitch leads.
