Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) to lead the sales efforts for one of Marriott's premium properties. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the entire sales team and drive business growth by developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the hotel's sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize exposure and drive demand across all market segments.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and travel partners.
