National Corporate Housing is seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Coordinator to support the daily operations of our business. In this role, you will coordinate vendor partnerships, oversee apartment readiness, manage utility and billing processes, maintain operational documentation, and ensure our apartments and services consistently meet National's quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and exceptional customer service are essential.

Expectations for Success:
  • Coordinate apartment setups, breakdowns, and inspections to ensure every unit is guest-ready
  • Process vendor invoices and billing accurately for furniture, housewares, utilities, waste removal, and other operational expenses
  • Coordinate utility activations, transfers, and disconnects to support new move-ins and departures
  • Maintain organized lease files, operational documentation, and audit records to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with apartment communities, vendors, and service providers
  • Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Accounting, and Operations to resolve guest concerns and operational issues efficiently
  • Monitor property policies, recommend operational improvements, and communicate changes to internal teams
  • Participate in the office on-call rotation and support weather communications and business continuity efforts
  • Perform apartment inspections and report maintenance concerns as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are:
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, property management, hospitality, relocation, real estate, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology platforms
  • Ability to inspect apartments, including climbing stairs when needed
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
