Through curated programming, signature Cornerstone Dinners, and an engaged membership community, we are redefining what modern hospitality looks like.

We’re looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager who is passionate about people, service, and creating unforgettable experiences.

Position Summary

This leader will drive service excellence, inspire and develop the team, build meaningful relationships with members, and ensure every guest experience reflects the warmth, professionalism, and purpose of our club.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and believe exceptional service starts with exceptional leadership, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Member Experience

  • Build authentic relationships with members to foster loyalty, trust, and community.
  • Deliver personalized, elevated hospitality experiences for every member and guest.
  • Resolve member concerns with professionalism, discretion, and urgency.
  • Create an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and aligned with The Maze’s mission and values.

Operations Leadership

  • Lead the daily Front of House operation, ensuring smooth, efficient service.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, inventory, opening and closing procedures, and overall floor operations.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the club.
  • Ensure service standards are executed consistently during every shift.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front of House team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular performance coaching, recognition, and development opportunities.
  • Lead by example while maintaining a visible presence on the floor.

Events & Programming

  • Execute members-only events, private functions, and club programming with precision and hospitality.
  • Partner with vendors, event hosts, and internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Support seasonal activations, special dinners, tastings, wellness events, and community programming.

Financial Performance

  • Partner with the General Manager to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Manage labor, scheduling, and operating expenses to meet budget expectations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and utilize reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support annual planning and operational initiatives that drive long-term success.

Facilities & Brand Standards

  • Ensure all guest-facing and back-of-house spaces remain clean, safe, and well maintained.
  • Protect and elevate The Maze brand by maintaining consistent hospitality standards and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to support member engagement initiatives and special campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hospitality management experience in an upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, private club, or membership-based environment.
  • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing hospitality teams.
  • Strong operational knowledge of restaurant and beverage service.
  • Experience managing private events, member programming, or high-touch guest experiences.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Financial acumen, including labor management, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
  • Passion for hospitality, emotional intelligence, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

This position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Reasonable accommodations will be provided where appropriate.
