Interns typically gain hands-on experience in various departments, including front desk operations, food and beverage service, guest relations, and management. The internship allows individuals to apply academic knowledge in real-world settings, develop professional skills, and network with industry professionals. Successful completion of an internship can enhance a resume and improve job prospects after graduation.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a hospitality management intern, and why are they important?
