Job description

As a Director of Sales, you bring high-energy, customer-centric focus and drive/hunger to the total sales efforts of the hotel. In other words, you get paid to make relationships!

You are eligible for quarterly bonuses, get paid time off and receive vacation reimbursement for your R&R.   • Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business, including room, food & beverage, and catering/banquet revenues.
  • Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans.
  • Work in partnership with Regional Sales, Revenue and Operation teams forecasting & budgeting revenue and expenses.
  • Lead and partner with operational departments relating to all sales outcomes.
  • Champion brand and company reputation, cultivating relationships with local community groups, companies, entertain and/or travel to events to generate business.
  • Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside sales, inside sales, and/or new conversations to spark new leads.
  • Be a closer! Negotiate, flex, adopt, maximize, optimize to close business.

  • Experience with direct client relationships (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Accustom to meeting and exceeding sales and/or revenue goals.

 Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years hotel sales within major brands and/or 3+ years non-hotel, proven sales leadership experience.
  • Ability to learn systems technology.
  • Displays a magnitude of professionalism, being your best-self.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills a must.

Systems Proficiency: Delphi FDC, Profit Sword and Hospitality (Brand) Systems
