Position Overview
The Land Development Project Manager will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of civil engineering land projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create sustainable and efficient land use plans that meet both public and private sector needs.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design land development projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for land development.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans and specifications for infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and environmental specialists to develop integrated land use solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding land use and development.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with contractors and other professionals during the construction phase.

Qualifications
