Laurel Ridge Estate, nestled in the heart of Carlton, OR, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales & Hospitality Associate to join our team. If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a love for fine wine, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales & Hospitality Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating experiences and providing exceptional customer service to guests of the tasting room.
  • Educating visitors about our wines and the Laurel Ridge Estate story.
  • Selling wine and wine club memberships
  • Supporting event operations, including setup and takedown.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with OLCC and food safety regulations.

This is a physically active role that requires standing for extended periods, walking at least 10,000 steps per shift, and occasionally bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this position, you’ll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, sales, or a related customer service field.
  • A current or willingness to obtain an OLCC Alcohol Server’s Permit.
  • A current or willingness to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
  • The ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
