Job Title: Hospitality Associate
Reports to: Store Director
Division: Retail
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tourneau/Bucherer 1888 is looking for an energetic, friendly, and experienced hospitality professional to join our team. The right candidate will have an engaging personality, be quick on their feet, and ready to exceed all expectations delivering a first in class client experience. The Hospitality Specialist will be warm and engaging, checking in and greeting clients throughout the store, managing the client flow as necessary and introduction to Client Advisors, offering beverages such as coffee, espresso, tea, water, etc. and serving them.
The Hospitality Associate must also be comfortable with helping coordinate and host in-store client events and create surprise and delight moments, which may include light bites.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have prior Luxury/High-end/Hospitality experience, along with customer service or retail experience.
• Must have experience hosting and serving non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Must be willing to work entrance door and greet all that visit.
• Well spoken, good listening skills and professional demeanor.
• Must be comfortable communicating with VIP clients.
• Self-motivated. A team player with a keen sense of attentiveness to guests.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time throughout your work day.
• Must be flexible to work, opening and closing shifts, with open availbaility Thursday through Sunday. Shifts will vary by week.
SALARY: $24.00-27.00 per hour
