Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the morning shift on a part-time basis. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the initial point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience from start to finish.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs
- Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, cancellations, and guest requests
- Provide information on resort amenities and local attractions

- Maintain accuracy in cash handling and billing processes
