Location: Chick-fil-A Brookfield Square - 1 N Moorland Road, Brookfield, WI 53005 and Chick-fil-A Pewaukee - 1454 Capitol Dr, Pewaukee, WI 53072

Position Type: Part-Time (15-30 hours per week)

Availability: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays. Must be willing to travel between locations.

Position Overview:

Chick-fil-A Brookfield Square and Pewaukee are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Administration Assistant to support our leadership team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role combines hospitality, operational support, and administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding Chick-fil-A's standard of excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a friendly, encouraging, and professional team player
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing invoices, emails, and office organization
  • Conduct baseline data analysis to recognize trends and report discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain important documents, databases, and vendor records
  • Assist in training new hires and serve as a role model for the team
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Support team morale by helping to plan and lead team appreciation events
  • Participate as needed in day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in food service or clerical/administrative work preferred
