Overview
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, employees, visitors and other persons on the hospital campus and annex buildings; protects hospital buildings, assets and premises.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma preferred.
Experience: Prior security experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills. Have good decision-making skills. Basic computer skills.
License and Certifications: Valid California Guard Card, California Drivers License, American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card (must be obtained within one month of hire date), CPI (must be obtained within three months of hire date). I.A.H.S.S. certificate preferred, not required. Good driving record.
Equipment: Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements: Able to perform the essential physical duties of the position as defined in job description.
PAY RANGE
$23.00 - $31.82
