Job description

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator for Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital provides comprehensive project, operational, and administrative support for strategic initiatives, patient and family experience programs, community engagement efforts, special events, and organizational communications. Working closely with the Associate Administrator and interdisciplinary stakeholders, this position assists with strategic plan monitoring, facilitates committees and advisory councils, supports data collection and reporting efforts, and coordinates projects that advance the mission and goals of the Children's Hospital.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration, project support/management, communications, office administration or related field. Two years of experience in administrative work, project coordination/management, or related.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.Prior experience in project coordination/management, or related.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday, Days
