Hospital Operations Manager

The Hospital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day hospital operations to ensure high-quality patient care, smooth administrative functioning, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role focuses on coordinating clinical and non-clinical teams, optimizing processes, and improving patient experience.

Key responsibilities include managing daily hospital operations including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and support services; coordinating with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflows; monitoring patient admission, discharge, and billing processes; ensuring compliance with NABH, JCI, and healthcare regulatory standards; handling vendor management, facility maintenance, and housekeeping services; analyzing operational data and preparing MIS reports for management; implementing process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and reduce turnaround time; and supporting hospital management in policy implementation and audits.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; 38 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations; strong knowledge of hospital workflows and healthcare regulations; excellent communication and leadership skills; and proficiency in hospital information systems (HIS) and MS Office.
