Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Must-Have: Experience in a Level I Trauma Center; ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:4-5; experience in central line care/management, interpretation of dysrhythmias, IV maintenance, and triage
Description:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a Level I Trauma Center.
The position involves caring for patients in a high-acuity environment.
Nurses will be managing a patient load of 4-5 patients per nurse.
Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
This role does not require floating between units.
No on-call duty is required.
Candidates should have experience with Cerner charting.
Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy.
Ideal candidates will possess skills in triage and management of dysrhythmias.
Patient demographic includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
A daily census typically ranges between 129 to 160 patients.
