As a Hospital Liaison you are instrumental to marketing and ensuring new residents have a smooth transition from acute to post-acute care. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at by generating and managing referrals from hospitals, developing relationships with hospital discharge planning personnel, and developing and carrying out marketing and sales activities. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, one (1) year of experience in nursing and familiarity with sub-acute care. An associates' degree (bachelors' degree preferred), three (3) years of experience in a similar role and experience in the discharge planning process is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate! This position requires a nursing degree - RN, LPN, or ARNP - and eligible to work as such in the state of Iowa.
