Hospital Manager – Veterinary Services - Salt Lake City, UT



We are seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to lead operations at a fast-paced, specialist veterinary center. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving day-to-day performance, team accountability, and an outstanding client and patient experience.


The Role

You will oversee the smooth running of the hospital, working closely with clinical leadership to ensure efficient operations, strong team engagement, and high standards of care. You’ll take ownership of scheduling, workflow, team performance, and overall site execution.


Salary - $85,000-$105,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus potential + relocation support


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable all center staff
  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and caseflow
  • Deliver an exceptional client and patient experience
  • Drive operational efficiency, staffing alignment, and cost control budgeting
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Partner with senior leadership on staffing, forecasting, and planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring veterinary practices
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes
