Are you looking for a position that has sustainable opportunity for professional growth? If the answer is yes, then DelRicht Research might be the right opportunity for you!

Who We Are

DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! We hold our team members to a high standard of excellence and are looking for energetic, positive, quick learners to be a part of our team. Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states.

DelRicht Research has been recognized as a Top Workplace for 2023, 2024, and 2025! This is a testament to our unwavering commitment to creating an exceptional work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.

The Healthcare Project Coordinator is a strategic project management role, ensuring a successful start to clinical research trials across our site network. This role is ideal for a candidate who is excited to learn from the ground up, take ownership of their work, and contribute to both the patient experience and the operational success of clinical trials. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a busy clinic setting, support a high volume of activity, and help the team expand capacity as new studies begin. The right candidate will be comfortable in an onsite, patient facing role.

Healthcare Project Coordinator's Main Objective

  • Clinical visits are prepared for and carried out with strong attention to detail so study procedures and documentation requirements are completed accurately
  • Site capacity is strengthened by helping the team manage a high volume of patient visits and related study activity
  • Communication with sites across the country is clear, professional, and responsive as study needs evolve
  • Deadlines, competing priorities, and ad hoc requests are managed effectively across multiple active studies
  • Sponsors, CROs, and internal stakeholders receive consistent communication and dependable follow-through throughout the start-up process
  • Systems-based and technical tasks, including research-related build or configuration work, are completed carefully and efficiently
  • Clinical teams are equipped with accurate materials, summaries, and operational support needed to launch studies successfully

  • Required1+ year of professional experience
  • Required: Strong organization, communication, and time management skills in healthcare, clinical research, project coordination, administrative operations, vendor coordination, or systems-related work
  • This is an onsite Monday-Friday position. Priority will be given to local candidates.
  • Comfort with medical terminology, electronic medical record systems, written communication, and learning technical computer systems is important for success in this role.

The Right Candidate Will

  • Be self motivated! Energetic! Positive!
  • Enjoy behind-the-scenes administrative and project-based work rather than patient-facing responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats with internal teams and external partners
  • Be highly adaptable when deadlines shift, priorities change, or urgent requests arise
  • Troubleshoot independently and think proactively about next steps instead of waiting for direction on every detail
  • Bring a strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountability to every project
  • Stay organized while balancing multiple studies, timelines, and stakeholders at once

DelRicht Research's Core Values: Production, Humility, Consistency

Production:

  • We deliver on our promises
